Owned & operated by Pam & Jon McRae, & the 3 kids (dogs) Kato, Tazer & Wrangler, with the indispensable help of Ma & Pa Custance.

Born with a passion for horses, Pam finally got her first horse (Brandy) when she was 16.The Western saddle was soon replaced when Eventing was discovered & Pam was an avid Eventer when she met Jon & he soon became hooked too. These days Pam competes in dressage & Jon still does the Event circuit.

The first foal was born in 1989, & it became the new passion. Since then 1-4 foals are born on the farm per year.

In the beginning the focus was on breeding Event horses (with many successful offspring such as Mimic, Mission Accomplished, Monarc, Molotov Cocktail) with the farm’s TB Stallion Fleet Avatar, but the focus now is more toward jumpers & dressage horses, using the farms’ homebred ½ TB/Warmblood mares & carefully selected Warmblood stallions with top quality bloodlines.

The foals all grow up in large pastures in small herds, with a creek to cross & lots of time & room to run & play & develop mentally & physically. When the babies are 3 yrs old they are sent to Ron Pilat to start under saddle for a month, & then they return to the farm to begin their competition training & are put up for sale.
